• Must hold a valid Arizona Department of Education Certification/Endorsement for the assigned role.

• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to special education and district procedures.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements IEPs for each student, aligned with district standards and legal requirements.
• Provides direct and indirect services to students with disabilities using adaptive materials.
• Monitors and documents student progress and maintains IEP records.
• Collaborates with teachers and staff to plan and deliver instruction.
• Implements behavior support plans and transition plans as needed.
• Participates in school-based intervention and evaluation teams.
