Responsibilities

• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers in co-teaching environments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and student progress.
• Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
