Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 48 undergraduate credits or Credential of Competency via PDE/PaTTAn required.
• Two years experience with children preferred.
• Must complete 20 hours of special education Professional Development training annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom assignments and ensure understanding of materials.
• Implement positive behavior support plans and monitor student progress.
• Tutor individuals or small groups utilizing materials designed by the teacher.
• Prepare instructional materials and document student progress.
