Responsibilities

• Assist students under a certified staff member in instructional tasks.
• Provide individual remedial or enrichment support as directed.
• Assist with large group instruction and classroom activities.
• Support daily living skills and independence.
• Lift and transfer students as needed; mobility unrestricted.
• Implement behavior management plans and CPI techniques where required.
• Support inclusion with general education students.
• Communicate learning and behavioral concerns to the teacher.
• Assist with classroom clerical duties and staff meetings.
