Qualifications

• Employee must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals.
• Instruct patients on maintaining achieved levels of function after discharge.
