Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. You will help residents regain function, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and educate patients for continued progress after discharge.

The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options with CEU access, clinical leadership, and a supportive culture focused on patient care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and an active, unencumbered state license.
• Experience with SNF settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal functional status in a SNF setting.
• Facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals.
• Educate patients for maintenance after discharge and promote independent exercise.
