Lyonsview Health and Rehab in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to plan, develop, and direct speech pathology services in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, CCC, and an active SLP license; you will evaluate, treat, document in NetHealth EMR, and collaborate with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) is required.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals as appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with target, short-term, and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family and staff in speech-language procedures for carryover.
• Complete compliant CMS documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in screening protocols to identify resident needs and ensure timely care.
