Required: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, SLP-CCC, and an active state license (or eligibility); SNF experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required.
• Current and active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• BLS Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses.
