Job summary

You will evaluate and treat patients with a range of diagnoses, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a caring multidisciplinary staff. A Master’s degree in SLP, CCC, and active license are required, with SNF experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is required.
• Current and active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Skilled Nursing experience is required.
• BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
