Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take initiative and address the physical, mental, social needs of patients.
• Collaborate with rehab staff to provide interdisciplinary patient programming.
• Perform comprehensive evaluation of communication and swallowing, and set goals.
• Monitor quality of services within Rehab Therapy Department.
• Participate in peer reviews and staff appraisals.
• Assist in developing SLP programs and updating policies.
• Maintain adequate stock of supplies and share knowledge with the team.
