Job summary

The Springs at St. Andrews Village in Aurora, CO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Salary ranges from $50-$56 per hour depending on experience, with a flexible schedule including Sundays through Saturdays. Join an in-house therapy team with local leadership, collaborate with nurses, dietary and other clinicians, and have opportunities to work on dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Work with patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, post-hospital illness, and other rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Support safe discharge planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
