Job summary

French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Woodburn, OR is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our resident-first team. You will assess residents, design treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary group to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon.
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
• VitalStim certification preferred.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Focus on resident care and productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops individualized treatment programs for residents.
• Designs effective SLP treatment plans and goals to meet resident needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrates ability to meet productivity benchmarks.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Applies problem-solving skills to support resident progress.
