SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC in Indiana is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in residents of skilled care facilities. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules at facilities in Anderson and Muncie.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' communication, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (OH).
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFYs considered.
• Experience in skilled care or long-term care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and dedication to improving residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide therapy and interventions to address speech and language difficulties.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
• Educate and support residents and their families regarding treatment plans and strategies.
