Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or a Respiratory Therapist (RT).
• Preferred managing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience of 3 years.
• Mid-Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise techs and manage daily/nightly sleep lab operations.
• Develop and implement tech training programs.
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship across locations.
• Perform RPSGT duties as needed.
• Educate patients on sleep disorders and PAP/DME equipment.
• Ensure staff maintain certifications and CEUs.
