• Collect rents and security deposits and coordinate with accounting.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and proper tenant records.
• Turn vacant units promptly and monitor vendor performance.
• Attend meetings with partnered agencies and share input.
• Walk the property daily to ensure appearance and presence.
