The Site Manager at Heritage House in Napa, CA will direct building operations, rent collection, leasing, and regulatory reporting, while coordinating with service providers to support residents. Responsabilidades

• Review tenant applications and determine eligibility and show units.
• Maintain waitlist and process eligible applicants per program guidelines.
• Oversee on-site maintenance staff and ensure timely work orders.
• Assist in annual property budget preparation and financial reports.
• Collect rents and security deposits and coordinate with accounting.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and proper tenant records.
• Turn vacant units promptly and monitor vendor performance.
• Attend meetings with partnered agencies and share input.
• Walk the property daily to ensure appearance and presence.
