Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited four-year college or university.
• One to two years of experience providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must have current CPR and First Aid certification; TB clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in center-based and community settings.
• Develops, writes, and implements Individual Plans (IPs) and goals with coaching strategies and data tracking.
• Manages a caseload of up to 35 participants and prepares quarterly funder reports.
