onsemi is offering Summer 2027 Engineering Internships across multiple locations, including Scottsdale, AZ. Interns will work on real projects involving cutting‑edge semiconductor technologies, mentorship from experienced engineers, and exposure to manufacturing environments.

Opportunities span hardware, software, data analytics, AI, and product development. Remote work is not available; interns join onsite offices and labs to gain hands‑on experience and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of semiconductor products and technologies.
• Design and conduct experiments, product characterization, and validation activities.
• Analyze technical data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive engineering decisions.
• Develop software tools, automation solutions, AI-enabled applications, or data analytics dashboards.
• Support product qualification, manufacturing optimization, reliability assessments, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, marketing, and business functions.
• Document results and communicate technical findings through reports and presentations.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to engineering and leadership audiences.
• Participate in intern networking events, professional development workshops, and mentorship programs.
