onsemi invites you to Spring 2027 Engineering Internships across multiple U.S. locations, including Scottsdale, AZ.

You will work with engineering teams on meaningful semiconductor projects that shape intelligent power and sensing technologies for EVs, renewables, and industry. This onsite program offers hands-on experience, collaboration with experienced engineers, and opportunities to expand expertise in hardware, software, data analytics, and AI.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in one of listed engineering fields or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development, testing, and improvement of semiconductor products and technologies.
• Design and conduct experiments, product characterization and validation activities.
• Analyze technical data to identify trends and drive engineering decisions.
• Develop software tools, automation, AI-enabled applications, or data analytics dashboards.
• Support product qualification, manufacturing optimization, reliability assessments, and process improvements.
• Document results and communicate technical findings through reports and presentations.
• Present project outcomes to engineering and leadership audiences.
• Participate in intern networking events and mentorship programs.
