Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFY welcome.
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged clients is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Provide therapy sessions that focus on targeted speech and language objectives.
• Carefully monitor and document student progress to ensure effective intervention.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to deliver coordinated care.
• Actively involve and educate families throughout the therapy process.
