Responsibilities

Serve as the eyes and ears for Scheck Hillel Community School – capturing key events and everyday life with dynamic still photos and videos.
Develop and maintain a coverage and a social media production calendar with Marketing Manager.
Strategize long-term content planning to align with institutional priorities, events, and goals.
Plan content proactively with monthly and quarterly calendars including holidays and milestones.
Implement and maintain a content matrix to ensure equitable coverage across divisions and programs.
Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
Create and curate engaging content including text, image, and video for posts.
Edit reels and short-form videos; stay up-to-date with trends.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.
Collaborate with teams to align social strategy with marketing efforts.
Stay current with trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Post and schedule planned content plus real-time coverage.
Manage assets with an organized repository of raw files and approved imagery.
Create family-facing photo albums after key events.
Conceive and execute projects aligned with school goals and branding.
Measure and report on effectiveness of social media efforts.
