Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs welcome.
• Experience in pediatric or school settings is a strong plus.
• Commitment to student advocacy and collaboration with families and schools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of students.
• Design and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learners.
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate goals into the classroom.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and supports.
