Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students in a Tuscaloosa, AL school setting. You will evaluate speech/language needs and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy within a supportive, resource-rich environment.

You will collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored plans. Licensure and pediatric experience are valued, with a focus on student advocacy and work-life

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology or active eligibility; CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome).
• Experience in a pediatric or school setting is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and student advocacy passion.
