Job summary

Minga Education Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students statewide in Colorado. The SLP will collaborate with school leaders, SSPs, teachers, and families to provide compliant communication services across MTSS/RTI frameworks.

The role includes assessment, consultation, and intervention to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with 504 plans and multilingual learners. Remote assessment and consultation may be involved.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state SLP license and/or CDE Special Services Provider license required.
• Experience with school-based speech-language services and IEP processes preferred.
• Training in AAC, autism supports, language-based learning needs, and culturally responsive assessment desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations for special education eligibility, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations and provide diagnostic information aligned with IDEA and state requirements.
• Develop IEP goals, service plans, progress monitoring systems, and required documentation.
• Support AAC evaluations and assistive technology decision-making.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy (in-person and remote) targeting communication skills that support academic access and social participation.
