White Glove Therapy Services in New York City is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. You will provide expert SLP services to students and help foster communication, independence, and growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators, tailored therapy plans, and ongoing documentation. NYS SLP license required; TSSLD preferred; experience in schools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license; school setting experience preferred.
• TSSLD for Speech Therapists (preferred).
• Experience addressing speech-language needs of students in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored SLP plans that promote communication skills, motor development, and overall functional independence.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to students with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities.
• Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in pediatrics, physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and medical terminology relevant to educational care.
