Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Morton, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on evaluating, treating, and supporting students’ communication needs within a collaborative educational setting.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, PA SLP licensure (or eligibility), and knowledge of IDEA. ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered. Travel opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for PA licensure.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered.
• Experience with IDEA and school-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and identify speech and language needs.
• Develop IEP-aligned treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy.
• Complete assessments and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Implement evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment.
• Recommend classroom accommodations.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
