You will conduct assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop tailored interventions and participate in IEP processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active School Psychologist certification in Arizona is required.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborative mindset with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable and effective in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results.
• Support students' emotional, academic, and behavioral needs through direct services and consultation.
• Collaborate with education professionals and families to create tailored interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
• Assist in crisis intervention and response as needed.
