Qualifications

• Holds or is eligible for the Virginia Pupil Personnel Services License with endorsement in school psychology.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, social/emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Prepares clearly written psychological reports with practical recommendations for IEP/ intervention planning.
• Provides psychoeducational consultation to teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to support school-related problems.
• Provides counseling as a related service for students with an IEP and/or brief individual and/or group counseling.
