Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and serve as an advocate for their needs.
• Consult with staff and parents to support student development.
• Develop and implement a district-aligned guidance curriculum.
• Lead guidance activities with classrooms and small student groups.
• Assist in assessing student aptitude and career planning.
• Disseminate information about college requirements, financial aid, and career trends.
• Support evaluation of the school guidance program using data.
