Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; knowledge of kitchen equipment and food prep techniques; CPR certificate preferred.
• Must know first aid practices and sanitation.
• Preferred experience in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Inventories, orders, and manages all food items and related supplies.
• Cleans and prepares dining area and assists with food receiving/storage.
• Assists with the receiving and storage of food delivery and washes/stores dishes.
• Cleans, maintains and operates equipment and ensures sanitary environment.
• Portions foods accurately with portioning tools and provides courteous service to customers.
