Responsibilities

• Inventories, orders, and manages all food items and related supplies.
• Cleans and prepares dining area.
• Assists with receiving and storage of food delivery.
• Washes and stores dishes; cleans and operates equipment.
• Assesses supplies of milk and juice daily.
• Ensures food is prepared and served in a sanitary environment.
• Portions foods accurately using portioning tools.
• Performs basic first aid and reports accidents.
• Prepares meals for students and teachers.
• Assists with orientation of new workers.
• Provides courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Identifies opportunities to improve service and processes.
• Assists coworkers to ensure continuity of service.
• Orients new coworkers and supports teamwork.
