Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative school team in Aurora, Colorado. The SLP will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, helping them achieve academic and social success.

Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing disorders, developing IEPs, delivering direct therapy, and collaborating with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active CO SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports per school/district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required.
