Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES in Coos Bay, OR is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in grades 3–5. This full-time, on-site position focuses on strengthening communication skills and supporting academic success in a supportive school district.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site 40 hours per week.
• Caseload of approximately 45–60 students in grades 3–5.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on student needs and progress.
• Provide individual and group therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and monitor speech and language goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
