Job summary

The School District Of Bayfield is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate students, develop and implement therapy programs, contribute to IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and outside agencies.

The position involves travel to multiple sites, adheres to district procedures, and requires current CPR/First Aid certification; includes a 0.3 FTE status with salary range $18,919–$29,823 and benefits (Health/Dental Insurance, Wisconsin Retirement System, PTO).

Qualifications

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid and experience in school-based physical therapy is strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work during non-standard work hours and travel

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and prepare reports
• Participate in IEP and therapy team meetings
• Develop and implement IEP-aligned intervention plans
• Document services and billing timely
• Collaborate with teachers, families and outside agencies
• Travel to multiple school locations as needed
