Job summary

Northside Center for Child Development seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy for children under IEP/IFSP guidelines at our New York City sites.

Qualifications

• MS in Occupational Therapy with ACOTE accreditation.
• New York State license required for Occupational Therapy practice.
• NBCOT Certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services per the child’s IEP/IFSP.
• Assess and address development in physical, cognitive, communication, psychosocial, and sensory domains.
• Complete all required documentation and keep records up to date.
• Supervise a COTA when applicable and provide mentorship to OT students.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements.
