Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Indiana OT license and eligibility for continuing education credits (iPLA)
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in a school setting with IEPs
• Ability to document services and maintain accurate records in Medicaid and SBCSC systems

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative school-based occupational therapy to students per IEP
• Collaborate with teachers on fine motor, sensory, perceptual-motor, and self-help goals
• Develop and manage therapy schedules across multiple schools and alert stakeholders to changes
• Contribute to Present Level of Performance and related service recommendations for IEPs
• Attend Annual Case Conferences when possible and align with SBCSC policies for Medicaid reimbursement
