Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Germantown, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, using the nursing process to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to determine interventions and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Develops, implements, and adjusts personalized patient care plans based on ongoing clinical assessments.
• Administers medications safely, following best practices in medication management.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
