Job summary

Qualifications

Associates degree in nursing is required.
TN RN license required.
BLS certification required.
0–1 years of clinical nursing experience required.
Strong patient-centered care and safety focus.

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive nursing assessments to determine interventions and develop care plans.
Provides patient and family education on care plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
Develops, implements, and adjusts personalized patient care plans based on ongoing clinical assessments.
Administers medications safely following best practices.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
