Job summary

Venture I Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health and Hospice team in Texas. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes or hospice settings, ensuring high-quality client outcomes, safety, and comfort.

The role requires clinical expertise, strong communication, and patient-centered care with interdisciplinary collaboration. On-call rotation may be required and a valid Texas license is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or compact state license.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited program.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments in homes/hospice.
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians, patients, and families.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and other procedures as ordered.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.
