Job summary

Sun River Health Wyandanch is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN delivers direct nursing care, assessing and planning patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality outcomes.

This role requires a NY RN license, a BSN, and CPR/BLS certification. Pay ranges from $45.45 to $55.15 per hour, with a $2700 sign-on bonus (conditions apply). The position emphasizes compassionate care and adherence to Sun River Health policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• New York State Registered Nurse license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing care regimens for clients.
• Plans, coordinates and assesses client care.
• Identifies client needs and provides direct nursing care based on the client’s care plan.
• Documents client care with accurate and accessible records.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and evaluate client care.
• Functions as preceptor to students, new hire candidates and other clinical team members/staff when needed.
