Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and lead comprehensive patient assessments. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, implement care plans, and ensure safe medication administration in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, WA RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS within 6 months is expected to support acute care needs.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in WA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
• ACLS training to be completed within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Administers, oversees and documents medication administration per orders.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral and spiritual needs.
• Develops and implements care plans, evaluates outcomes and coordinates with discharge planning.
• Documents care using nursing process and updates physician orders as needed.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and effective communication with diverse patient populations.
• Maintains compliance with safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
