Job summary

Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license (or compact license).
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Current BLS certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and follow clinical direction.
- Compassionate, professional, patient-focused demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Administer medications as ordered.
- Provide wound care and monitor healing.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with Director of Nursing regarding changes in patient condition.
- Develop, update, and follow individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate orders appropriately.
- Assist with emergency response measures when necessary.
