Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service oriented environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and assist with shopping needs.
• Receive, price and stock donations; hang, inspect and tag textile items.
• Maintain selling floor presentations and restock proactively.
• Operate cash register and handle payments, record sales and receipts.
• Keep aisles clean and ensure safe, organized work areas and fitting rooms.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures and report hazards.
