Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program at our Georgetown facility. You will perform restorative procedures to maximize residents’ abilities and promote independence, while supporting admissions as needed.

The role follows a Monday–Friday day shift with occasional weekend rotation. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with active state licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN/LVN or RN with state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize residents’ needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize residents’ abilities and independence.
• Assist with potential Admissions at the building as needed.
• Work Monday–Friday daytime with occasional weekend rotation.
