Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient care team. You will deliver exceptional patient care, manage respiratory therapies, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize recovery.

Qualificações

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and track progress to support recovery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the recovery journey.
