Job summary

You will work with a supportive team, utilizing advanced equipment to improve patient outcomes and independence during inpatient rehabilitation.

The role emphasizes patient education, individualized care planning, and collaboration with physicians and therapists to ensure compassionate, comprehensive treatment from day one.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
