Job summary

Cornerstone Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our care team, providing comprehensive respiratory care to residents and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate maintains an active NBRC license with RRT or RCP registration and current state licensure, enabling effective management of trach care, oxygen therapy, and ventilator support

Qualifications

Active NBRC license required.
RRT or RCP registration required.
Current state licensure as Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to residents, including trach care, oxygen therapy, and ventilator management
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct respiratory assessments and treatments, including ventilation and respiratory therapy
Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen tanks
Educate residents, families, and healthcare staff on respiratory care and disease management
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes

Education

Active NBRC license

RRT or RCP registration

Current state licensure as Respiratory Therapist
