• Experience: Prior respiratory therapy, critical care, or related areas.
• Skills: Proficiency in respiratory care techniques; strong critical thinking; communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement respiratory care for patients with acute or chronic conditions.
• Administer oxygen therapy, incentive spirometry and nebulization.
• Monitor patient status, record vital signs and track respiratory status.
• Educate patients and families on equipment and disease management.
