Job summary

Seattle Children's Hospital is seeking a Research Compliance Auditor to assist the Research Integrity Officer in implementing the Research Compliance Program and advancing compliance across the organization.

This role focuses on research billing compliance, auditing grant management, and adherence to regulations while maintaining strict confidentiality. The auditor will educate staff, monitor activities, and help investigate potential issues within the ORC framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or significant coursework demonstrating competency.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a research regulatory setting with progressively increasing responsibility including research billing or grant management.
• Experience with research billing auditing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RIO with implementing the Research Compliance Program.
• Conduct regular research compliance auditing and monitoring.
• Provide education and training on research compliance.
• Assist with investigation of research compliance issues.
• Maintain Office of Research Compliance (ORC) documentation.
