Job summary

SECU is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage members, assess banking needs, discuss loans, and promote financial literacy within the community. You will help members plan for college, home purchases, weddings, and other milestones while supporting SECU’s mission and values.

You will also participate in community events, volunteer activities, and internal programs that reward performance and encourage emotional connections with members, employees, and neighbors.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience in a financial or banking industry.
• Proven ability to build customer loyalty.
• Familiarity with retail banking products and services.
