Sweetwater seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a Kansas skilled nursing facility. You will perform comprehensive respiratory assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapies to promote optimal lung function. Collaboration with the medical team is essential.

Full-time 40 hours/week with 10–12 hour shifts; pay range $40–$47/hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and ongoing professional development. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
• Valid state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' respiratory status and review medical history
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer respiratory therapies (Acapella, IS, EZPAP, CPT) and monitor responses
• Educate residents and families on respiratory health and manage documentation in EMR
